1.he needs to know Enlgish and Spanish for perfection.
( he will translate of Spanish to Enlgish).
2. it isnt importart of where is from. just he is the Organizer.

1. he must to be from Usa , and Country where the Enlgish is the first o second lenguage official.
2. good computer and good sound`s tools
