| ok, i dont think you should tell "i love you", that wuold freak her out!!!! so go step by step, first you have to create a close friendship with her, send her text messeges and stuff like that... talk to her, you have to become a person relatively reliable for her...then you can ask her out i hope she says "yes".....and then its your busisness!!
